Download help
How to access your Body Reset Sound Formula files after purchase — and what to do if you need a hand.
Getting your files
The Body Reset Sound Formula is a digital product. There is nothing shipped in the post — everything is delivered instantly online so you can start the same day.
- Right after checkout, you'll see a confirmation page with a link to access your files.
- You'll also receive a confirmation email with your access details and receipt. Keep this email — it's your gateway back to your downloads.
- Your purchase includes six MP3 songs, the manual and the three bonuses as downloadable files.
Playing and keeping the songs
The songs are standard MP3 files and the guides are PDFs, so they work on virtually any device. Download them to your phone, tablet or computer and they're yours to keep forever — no app and no subscription required. For the most relaxing experience, listen in a quiet space, ideally with headphones.
Can't find your download or email?
- Check your spam, promotions or junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Search your inbox for the order confirmation using the email address you entered at checkout.
- Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the name and email you used, and we'll re-send your access link.
Refunds
Every order is protected by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the program isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 60 days for a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
Billing questions
Your purchase is processed securely by an established third-party retailer of digital products, so their name may appear on your card or bank statement. If you have a question about a charge, contact us and we'll help sort it out quickly.
